Think thats a old cam Charles. IH used parts from more than one soarse sometimes and the number on the part may be different than the parts listings. Block casting 365586R1 was used as a replacement block a lot. Interestingly that block casting # can be found with the size C248, C264 and C281 cast on it. All I was inside have the same bore size even if it has C248 on it. Lots of times the casting numbers are ground off when engine was installed. Plate is for a fuel pump mount, a push rod went across engine from pump to cam. That N would be 1967. What number is on the cam gear?
