You do need to check the manifold bolts and retighten them after a few hours of operation if you have had the manifold loose.

If the nuts work loose you can get an intake air leak and burn a valve like I did. I have an M that is in regular use and just developed a whistle. I thought the manifold was cracked but when I went to replace it, the nuts were a half turn loose. Tightening them fixed the whistle but the valve is still burned.
