Hi took the Gov off the tractorto check out all parts inside thet all were good. The Gov housing did not have the bumps showen in the book. Made a longer bolt to adj high speed stop as per IT book to get no pressure on spring. Checked pin in upper rod pin was losse. start a run tractor adj carb but no high speed. Installed short bolt to adj stop had lot of spring presser on spring.Ran tractor could get high speed. But why so much spring presseur on spring it works ok ????
