HELP! Farmall injector pump

The injector pump on my 450D is getting dsl into the oil resavoir of the pump after running for a few minutes. Also when its runnin, it has a steady drip from the drain tube underneath the injector pump. I just priced new seals for it and its gonna run $500 fer just the seals. Is there any way of getting around this by doing something, or am i just gonna have to fork out the money and put new seals in. Any help is greatly appreciated!
