I"m not sure what you mean when you say new seals. There is a small primary pump located on the rear of the injection pump. This can be removed from the injection pump without taking the injection pump off the tractor. Many times the seal on the primary pump and the gasket between these pumps leak fuel into the crankcase of the injection pump. You can probably rtemove this pump and take to a pump repair location.
