A brass patch piece, preferably about one sixteenth in thickness cut to size. Clean by sanding with emory paper. Treat with flux. Use Kester's 40/60 acid core solder. Mapp gas should be hot enough. This is not a difficult process, you should be fine. Remember, the torch should not melt the solder, the metal you are soldering should melt the solder when you move the torch away and touch the solder to the radiator. Ellis
