I know with my 113 super a, even in 1st gear throttled down all the way, you're moving at a pretty good clip for plowing - at least in very rocky soil like I've got. Wonder what the rpms are when the 123 is throttled down?...
As for power, yes you'll have enough (assuming average soil). But plowing is much more about traction than power.
You need to transfer that power to the ground.
You're wheels spinning is much more likely to be a problem than your engine stalling out.
At a minimum, you'll want front and rear wheel weights. And very good rear tires - keep the pressure low.
Whether or not it's the right setup for the job really depends on how much you're plowing. If you're getting into a 2 bottom to cut your plowing time down, the area's large enough to be stretching the capabilities of the A.
