In an earlier post I ask about the TA on the 350 I have just bought. I determined that the TA clutch was bad and the TA was working in low. I decieded to start draing the fluid out of the TA and transmission because it looked very bad. (Water and thick) I pulled the plug at the bottom of the TA and both transmission plugs. The TA has drained for a while and there seems to be still fluid in the rear part. I can turn the TA and the gears at the rear still pick up a lot of brown, water/fluid. There seems to be a tray looking place just under the gears that is still holding fluid. Can someone tell me how to get this fluid out or how this works? I can not see in there very well to tell just how it is made.
