The pump housing is attached to the block. It is missing the gears, bottom plate and the oil pick up. The spare pump is complete but the nut above the drive gear at the camshaft has some weld on it. I don't know why. The key is not on the shaft to drive the gear that drives the pump. Can I use the parts from the spare pump, in the housing that is mounted to the block, or should I just swap out the pumps as a complete unit? Thank you Steve
