Thanks, I will take a look at this. Concerning the jam nut/bumper spring, I screwed the jam nut/bolt all the way in and the idle had no response/change. I took it all the way out and all the way in and it made no diff. If I take it all the way out, does the spring come out with the bolt? I have have to check that bumper spring I guess to make sure it's not broken.
