Hello Again, I started to restore my grandfathers 1947 H yesterday. I'd say that the motor has not been started for the better part of ten years and now the motor will not turn over. I even tried the starter crank with a big pipe wrench to no avail.I know that the tractor was fine when Pap last shut her down (not blown, etc). I have removed the plugs and squirted penetrating oil into the cylinders and now I wait. If when I return, there is still no action, I am considering pulling the tractor in 4ty gear to try and free it up. Is this ok? Do you have any other suggestions short of a teardown? Thanks Dave
