I guess I don't understand. One more time, how do you reference the float level setting to the carb body? I took fluid and gradually filled (sequentially) the body until the fluid level (raised by installing the floats) was just below the needle and seat area. I measured about .5 inches of fluid at that time. I measured 1.4 inches from the gasket area to the bottom of the float when inverted. Do any of these measurements meet with your findings? RR
