The main components; engine, transmission, etc. were made in Britain and follow the B-275, B-414, design, but the International 444 (and I 424) were assembled in Louisville and contain some US parts such as front axle, wheels, sheet metal, etc. and were called a US tractor rather than a British tractor as were the B-275 and B-414. The same goes for the I-3414 which took the British B-414 engine and rear end and added a complete Louisville built intregral frame and other components to make a US built intregral frame loader tractor or backhoe/loader tractor.
