My personal preference is to use and look for all new bolts. I like to know that everything is held together with bolts that are not work hardened, corroded and stress cracked, fatigued half way through from bending, stretched and hardened,cross threaded, and or wrong size. I've not seen any displays or judging that anyone but the owner gave a fiddler's diddly about bolts.
