I have the same problem on my 340 farmall and this is what I do to cure it, I crack the pressure line that goes up to the hydraulic controls. On my tractor it's a hose to steel connection on the brake side of the tractor. I don't know if your utility model is the same. I set the trottle a little higher than idle and it might take a minute or two but it always works. Good luck with your tractor.
