OK...look at the major criticisms of the Farmall H: no live hydraulics, no live PTO, and no 3-point hitch keep it from being a "modern" tractor. So if you swap in the back half of the 350, and add the live hydraulics from the 350...then add something like the Saginaw 3-point hitch....you have eliminated all the "criticisms" of the Farmall H, except the one that it doesn't have enough power for certain jobs.
Personally, I'd do it. But that's just my point of view.
