The pressure control valve (I believe) is under the gas tank. I haven't actually been into one of them, so I won't be able to answer any detail questions beyond this point. I only got this far because of a basic similarity in many IH systems.
Hy-Tran is available at Case-IH dealers. You can use other brands that are listed as Hy-Tran compatible or as "universal" fluid. Don't use the cheap stuff that is simply called "hydraulic fluid".
