4 POSTS THAT DEAL WITH THE LIGTHTS? RIGHT. THERE IS A RESISITOR WIRE BETWEEN THE TOP TWO. ONE HAS PATH TO GROUND ON DIM AND THE OTHER ON BRIGHT. PUT WIRE TO BRIGHT TERMINAL AND RESISTOR LET THE SMOKE OUT ITS CLOTH COAT????????

REAR WORK LIGHT IS WIRED SEPERATE TO THE LOWER TERMIALS. BOTH LOWER TERMINALS HAVE THAT SAME OHMS TO GOUND IN ANY POISTION.
