What I would do: With the loader on the ground, and the engine off, move the lift and lower lever back and forth till all pressure is gone. (assuming the hose goes to the bottom of one or both cylinders) Remove the fitting closest to the valve or coupler closest to the tractor hydraulics. With caution remove the coupler and the top pin on one of the two lift cylinders, leaving it disconnected mechanically. With help, push in on the cylinder while catching oil displaced out of the hose. When the cylinder is fully collapsed, put the hose end in a 2 quart container of Hytran, and pull out on the cylinder rod until it will attach to the loader. repeat on the other side. This should purge the air, or as much as possible, and should allow it to work again. it will firm up as you use it and the motion purges the remaining air. Jim
