Saw one at a show a few weeks ago. Was made by a company in Chicago in the late 40's/early 50's. They took an original A, rotated the final drives 90 degrees toward the front, fabricated a lowered front axle, shortened the gas tank by about 1/3, lowered the steering wheel height, lowered the seat, and fashioned a new gear shift that was almost horizontal instead of vertical. These cutomized A's were sold for use inside the factories in the Chicago/Detroit area. Really looked pretty neat!
