The 66 series uses a closed center brake valve unlike the 06 series that used open. In other word, when you use the brake you are using oil from regulated circuit, so if you did not have an orfice in the brake inlet that might be the problem. Other wise, a leaking sump check valve could be problem. As long as steering works good I think we can forget about pump, flow divider and flow control valve orfice. It all comes back to pressure testing and comparing results in all positions. Remember, when checking regulated pressure, the middle position should drop 20 psi which tells you regulator valve is moving freely as there is no flow to ta in that position. You can often pin point a problem area with gauges but sometimes it just tells you things are working properly or not as you more than likely know already.
