Went thru enire fuel delivery. Throttle shaft is correctly connected to carb. Found binding in linkage so fixed that and it now works smoothly. Started tractor with throttle handle in idle position. Still raced, but not as bad as before..definitely too fast, tho. Turned main jet screw in all the way and tractor still kept on running. Is this a carb or governor problem or both?? Carb was not rebuilt, just a needle and seat from Tractor Supply. Do I need a new carb, or a rebuild on this one? Any troubleshooting appreciated.
