Had the same problem on my 350. On mine there is a small lever, about 3/4 inch long on the back of the housing for the control lever. It is a selector for single or double acting, and mine had slipped into a position half way between the two. Another symptom mine had was that the hydraulic oil would quickly get very, very hot. Check it out. Maybe you have the same problem, although I'll admit I'm not very familiar with the hydraulics on a 560.
