McCormick Deering 10-20

I am considering purchasing an MD 10-20 1929 or 1930 for $1500. Is this good or bad? The engine appears not to be stuck and looks like the engine in an early Farmall Regular. I have pictures of early 10-20s and the engine and magneto seems to be quite different. It seems to be complete but is quite rusty. Which engine should be on this? It is on steel and the front steel wheel seems to be rusted through. Is there any replacement parts for this wheel or how would you repair it?
