In Ohio $1500 would be too high for a 10 20 unless it was all restored and running. Two rusty, running ones sold last year at my neighbor's sale and all they could get was $50 each. I paid $100 for a complete, but not running, 10 20 roller and it was too much. I also bought a 10 20 tractor more or less complete and another complete 10 20 roller more or less complete but not running for $500 (too much) for both. Paid so much because of many new parts, like a radiator core ($300 new), that came with them. Just my thoughts. It's been my experience what ever you spend to get one of these old things it is just the beginning but your not doing it to make money anyways. Good luck, Ron
