Jack it up and remove the right tire then see if it will spin. You offset the balance on the axle removing the tire and center and the bull gear would once again be resting low. Pull PTO and inspect. With enough weight you may be bale to push down on axle end and get it to move if bearing is bad but that bull gear is heavy.
The M i am going through the now had the right bull gear try to join the outside world at one time due to bad bearing.
