Bob, When you get ready to put the gear on the cam apply some J B Weld to the side of the keyway where the damage is. I saw your previous pics and I had a similar problem and the J B Weld fix has held good for two seasons. Sounds as if you have everything under control. Good luck and thanks for the update.
