Hello I am working for a vegetable that the owner just got a basket weeder this spring...when he ordered the basket weeder from budding he told them he was putting it on a 140 so it was built for it...the 140,super A, 100 and 130 all have the same cultivator design used on these tractors so you could use this basket weeder on any of the above models.....as for speed of a super a vs a 140 I would have to find an owners manual or sales litature to check that out.....the rear tire size on all these tractors is 24 inches ...I have cultivated with the basket weeder on the 140 and I would say it works good in 1 st gear give me a call at 320-468-6474, Kevin
