Hi, how was the filter and mesh filter when you changed filters? Was the mesh full of brake band crud? With the tractor running about 1300 RPMs check the transmission oil level. When you pull the remote outlet lever without any hoses attached to the remotes do you hear a buzzing noise? I wonder if the the teeth have been chewed off the pressure plate that runs the PTO shaft and the PTO shaft runs the hydraulic pump. The PTO shaft will turn with no load but when load is applied the shaft slips in the pressure plate. There is an inspection plate in the bottom of bell housing that you can remove and take a look up at pressure plate and PTO shaft.
