I'm needing to blacksmith a belly pump control rod for a 49M. I'm starting from scratch, so I have nothing to measure off of. I'll be using 3/8" 1020 round stock. I'm trying to make one as close to factory specs as possible, and I need an overall length. How far is it from the bottom of the rod to the little nub used for a stop toward the top? That's two measurements I need. [in inches] Can someone help me out?
TIA Patrick
'49M
