I made an error in previous post; the trailing end of the rear landside should run 1/4" off the furrow wall, not 3/4".
Your coulters should run 1 inch to the left of the edge of the moldboards (looking at plow from behind) to make a cleaner furrow wall. Run coulters just deep enuf to cut trash instead of pushing trash.
You can adjust depth of rear moldboard by turning that verticle bolt on top of rear apparatus...as you turn it the rear wheel should start too splay out, causing the rear of the plow to lower. Keep experimenting. Good old crescent wrench is about all you need for that plow, and a dirt scraper for moldboards.
Todd and kirsch give good advice; I made a "figure 8" clip with some heavy wire and tie the rope to that and then to the tractor seat someplace. The clip will give way if needed, DO NOT tie rope securely to the tractor in any way.

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
