Oil around plug

My "H" starts on one turn and runs well at all
speeds, but I notice that oil seeps from around
one plug. Does this mean a ring is stuck in its
groove? Does this mean that eventually a ring job,
with cylinder honing, etc. will be a good idea?
Thanks for your thoughts. I feel fortunate to have
all the expert advice available..............
Another question....any idea how come I can't get
my messages to expand to a full width line? I use
a Mac G4 with sy
