Jim, I looked in my Super C parts catalog (paper copy) and there isn't anything like what is described in this thread shown. Just the flat back light assembly with the spacer, clamp, washer and nut. He might have had one to keep from marring paint and if that is the case a washer from one of those hardware store small parts drawer should suffice. For that purpose one from some rubber product, plastic and even a fiber one would be fine, Hal.
