Here is a SWAG. Former owner found oil in radiator and replaced oil cooler. Maybe gave it a ring job or replaced bearings from being concerned about anti freeze damage to them, but actual problem is cavitation erosion with a hole through the sleeve which puts foamy oil in radiator and lets anti freeze in pan.
