Hi Gene, I would then suspect compression. Have you checked it? With fuel dripping from the bottom of the carb, it has to be a bad float system, bent, needle & seat, warped bowel flange, float out of square with mount, float pin mount screwed up. Check to see if the main jet needle is scored on the tip, if not then check the needle seat for damnage. I sure don't like parts changing to diagnose a problems as it gets pretty spendy that way. Try Buckeye Tractor for parts. Very reasonable and great service.
