Farmall Front Wheels ?

OK you guys that pay attention to details here's a question for you. On the letter series of Farmalls when were "3 spoke" and when were "5 spoke" wheels used? Is there a general guide? Did the Hi Crop or "V" series use "5's" It seems also that rims came with 3 loops, 5 loops, and loopless! I know my terminology is wrong, how were these things discribed?
