Thanks for the reply, you're right SKF bought out Chicago Rawhide 17 years ago. Talked with Cathy at 224 535 4641 and she sized a seal SKF7661. It's a single sided seal, not like the one TPHP1-3-89 C/R. She said they made the seals in those days by hand and the second side was to hold the spring in place.
