Not absolutely sure by the description, but here are some possibilities...Super H, M, Super M, late
W-4, W-6, Super W-6, 300, 400, 350, 450, maybe some others. The same carb could interchange within some of these models. The number on the brass tag is the part number. A call to a good parts guy at your friendly Case / IH dealer would get it exactly...others on the board may be able to find it in their parts books...BB
