I have a farmall 560 and the pto wants to run all the time. When the tractor is not running u can turn the pto shaft with ur hand, but when u Pull pto lever u can't, so I think the clutch is ok. (I have not used the pto at this time to see if it holds or slips yet.) when the tractor is running at one point I pushed foward on the pto handle and the pto stopped, so I adjusted the rod alittle longer. And now It won't stop running at all. Is their any adjustments that I can do? Do I have to pull the pto assembly? Is paricitc drag normal? Any thoughts? thanks in advance. It's a 1960 farmall 560 with I believe the early pto over center clutch type.
