Kev they tore the thing apart 7 or 8 years ago because it was burning oil to rebuild it.And right after that he found a 504 and bought it and didnt have the money to put this one back togetherand had no use for 2 tractors {he says}.I am looking at right around 2500 give or take in it when complete.That is total motor rebuild and new tires and paint.If every thing checks out ok {I hope}Is the 340 worth it Thanks for the good luck
