The understanding I have gotten, and this may be flawed, is that they will continue to sell machinery under the different names. In short, there will still be red tractors and blue tractors. Ultimately there may not be much difference between the two other than paint. I think they would be foolish to abandon the International name, I believe the IH lineage has played a larger part in caseIH's success than case--after all the harvesting and tillage lines are almost 100% IH, and the Magnum is essentially IH engineering from the flywheel back......
