If you get a reply from Bob M, whatever he tells you take it the gospel cause this man knows what he is doing. From 2,000 miles away and haveing never seen my 1950 C he described what was wrong with it and how to fix it to a tee.He is one of many very smart cats on this site and if it can be wired he can tell you how to do it. If you don't understand"like me" then he will draw it out for you. This kind of thing is right up his alley. You might give a look in the archives on this site. Bob has written a lot on the electrical systems of these old machines.Hope this helps in some way.He has lots on the 6 to 12 volt conversion also.
