I have the 2 filter system, but I bypassed the secondary filter right before the injector pump. (I think it was sucking air through the o-ring on the glass bowl). Even with it bypassed, it will only run well for about 5-10 min before losing power. The weird thing is that it will idle just fine, just won't do anything more. After that, if I let it sit for about 30 minutes, it will start up just fine and then do it again. I will have to check the fuel tank like you said, because it makes since that it could be starving for fuel.
There is also a small leak on the injector pump. Just a small drip. But im not sure that is the problem because I used it for a long time with the small drip like that. Thank you for the feedback and I will post again after I am able to try the tank cleaning.
