574 needs 3-point

I was looking into buying a 574, but it doesn"t have any 3-point mechanics on it right now, just only draw bar on the back. Picture is what it is like now. He said it would cost about $1,000 to put everything on. It is a nice looking utility tractor with about 4400 hours on it, and wants $3,500 for it.

So I was wondering if the $ amount for putting the 3-point is correct, what parts I would all need, and where would be the best place to get them?
