It's going to be easier to find a tractor with a 3pt hitch than it will be to find the parts you need for that one and install them.
Think about it. The seller has clearly looked into putting a 3pt hitch on the tractor. If it were as easy and cheap as he claims, he would've done it. Why's he selling the tractor? Because he bought another one with a 3pt on it...
