Hey, do any of you guys have a tool to install the garter spring onto the garter sleeve on the hydrotouch control valve ? Or, Rather, do anybody Have a drawing of one I can make, or a place I can purchase one? I spent at least 3 hours yesterday trying to get that durned thing on. I was so shamed of the words I used I neer bit my toung off. any help much appreciated.
