My Super A with a C-123 Motor

I was wondering if I should spend the extra money to purchase the Parts manual for the Super C since the Super A that I bought has the C-123 motor in it. I'm wondering about differences other than the bore when ordering parts. Would the Super C parts manual (TC44), be a help with the engine parts on my tractor? It appears that the Super A parts manual (TC39) doesn't have enough info.

Any help would be appreciated as always.
