Late model Super A had the 123 cid engine. I have allways heard them called Super A-1. The only significant difference between the 113 and 123 engines besides the bore is the 123 has a water pump and thus pressurized cooling system. This also necessitated a different head gasket. Some 123s has a dipstick instead of the petcocks on the oil pan. Also Super A-1 have a taller radiator and so the the associated tin work is also different. My parts manual, which I got from an IHC dealer has both engines listed as well as the different tin work. If your manual doesn't have both in it let me know I'll scan mine and give you a copy.
