how are you going to work a thre pt on a 41 A without hydr system the angle of the pto shaft will be trouble unless you redo the hitch to line up better mount a motor on the tiller and raise and lower something like a wheel disc operates this way your ground speed can be ran seperate from pto sp of tractor
