Is your gas tank Clean? Don"t matter how many times you clean the carb or how new or old it if you get ONE little spec of dirt under the needle valve, And that is what it sounds like to Me. My H would seep a little so I cleaned the carb out with acid, Gas, and air, Put it back on and it seeped a little. LOL So I know why to shut the fuel off when I"m done useing it.
